Swivel eyelet prevents tangles while paying out cable. The wide base keeps the load stable. Includes a convenient carry handle for portability. Weight capacity of 100 pounds with reel and 50 pounds with arms. Inside capacity: 5.5 inch inside coil diameter/outside capacity: 17 inch minimum outside coil diameter.
